Junior Development Program and makeups

If you are unable to attend your class, given that you provide us with advance notice, you are eligible for a makeup for this missed class. Even if it is within 24-hour until the class’s start, is important that you notify the club about it asap. This way we can try to use your spot as a makeup for someone else. The club guarantees at least one makeup, throughout the season, it is clients’ responsibility to contact the club and inquire about makeup availability, the club cannot guarantee that all make-ups will be provided. If you couldn’t make up your missed classes within the season, you still can do this if you enroll in the following season.

Drills (Clinics), King of the Court (Zone), and other group events

When client(s) sign up for any group program, they lock in one of existing spots which thus can no longer be available for reserving by other potential customers, that is why the payment is due and will be processed at the moment of registration. If 24-hour advance cancelation notice given, client(s) can use their credit for any service provided by the club.

Since the club does not establish a deadline for registering for participation in group programs, this allows clients to sign up for events the same day. If client(s) sign up within 24 hours to the start of the group event and due to any reason unable to attend, client(s) will be charged the full amount of the event. However, club understands that unanticipated events happen and as a courtesy allows client(s) who got into such situation to use their payment as a credit for court time when available.
